This fall, RAC supported local artist Lynn Peemoeller is conducting a “Supermarket Artist in Residence” project in collaboration with GreenLeaf Market. At August’s First Tuesday Celebration of Local Food and Flavors at GreenLeaf Market the winning St. Louis artists were announced and given cash prizes. $500 in cash was given away to the audience’s choices for best artist for the month of July. Paulette Sankofa and John King won $100 each, and Clareatha Swilley won $300. Read more
